DXC Technology has launched DXC Workplace Services, a new AI-native workplace offering designed to improve employee productivity and experience while helping organisations simplify IT operations and maximise existing technology investments.
The offering combines DXC’s workplace expertise with agentic AI capabilities to anticipate employees’ technology needs, reduce workplace disruptions and accelerate issue resolution. It is enabled by DXC OASIS, the company’s intelligent orchestration platform that integrates human expertise with governed AI agents to deliver proactive managed services.
DXC said many organisations continue to operate fragmented technology environments, disconnected workflows and reactive IT support models. While employees increasingly judge workplace technology by how easily it enables them to get work done, these complexities can create friction for both employees and IT teams.
DXC Workplace Services aims to address this gap through an experience-led and productivity-focused approach. It applies experience design principles from the outset, with workplace solutions designed around established employee workflows and preferred ways of working.
The offering also introduces an agentic support experience through which employees can access assistance via email, chat or voice. AI agents and DXC experts can guide employees through issues and complete tasks on their behalf, with the goal of resolving problems before they disrupt productivity.
“Enterprises should not have to choose between advancing business priorities, improving IT efficiency, and delivering a stronger employee experience,” said Kelly Candler, Global Offering Lead, Workplace & Business Process Services, DXC Technology.
“We designed DXC Workplace Services to help organisations achieve these objectives simultaneously by aligning workplace experiences to how employees work, reducing friction both within and across employees’ workplace environment to facilitate a seamless, holistic experience,” Candler added.
DXC Workplace Services is built around three core principles: designing workplace experiences around people, orchestrating services across existing technology investments, and combining human expertise with agentic AI.
The company said this approach enables organisations to enhance the capabilities of platforms, devices and services they already use rather than adding further layers of technology.
DXC claims the offering can deliver a 40% reduction in operational complexity, 60% fewer service desk calls and resolve 50% of device issues before employees notice them. It also estimates that more than 15 hours of productivity can be returned to each employee every month.
At the centre of the offering is DXC OASIS, which orchestrates AI-powered workflows across the workplace environment. The platform is designed to move managed services away from siloed and reactive support towards coordinated workflows that anticipate employee requirements and automate complex operational tasks.
DXC said the combination of AI agents and human expertise is intended to help organisations continuously improve employee experience, operational efficiency and business outcomes without requiring them to replace their existing technology investments.
