BRED IT Thailand has appointed Chutinun Srisuma as its new Head of Human Resources & Workplace Experience, effective May 2026.
Chutinun joins the company with more than a decade of HR experience spanning insurance, telecommunications, consulting, banking, and retail finance.
Her expertise covers HR business partnering, people development, recruitment, training, change management, and HR management.
Diverse background
Before joining BRED IT Thailand, Chutinun served as VP – HR Business Partner at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance.
She has also held HR roles at Deloitte, Generali Life Assurance Thailand, DTAC, and Thai Credit Retail Bank.
According to BRED IT Thailand, Chutinun’s experience reflects "a strong passion for helping people and organisations grow together."
Chutinun brings with her a rich and diverse HR background across leading organizations in telecommunications, insurance and retail business. Her experience spans HR business partnering, people development and change management.
