CardX Thailand elevates Kejnattha Tharadolpornphitak as Head of People and Organizational Effectiveness

CardX Thailand has promoted Kejnattha Tharadolpornphitak to the role of Head of People and Organizational Effectiveness, effective immediately, strengthening the company’s leadership focus on people strategy and organisational transformation.

Tharadolpornphitak shared the update through a LinkedIn post, saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of People and Organizational Effectiveness at CardX Thailand!”

She joined CardX Thailand in 2025 and most recently served as Head of People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy. In that role, she worked closely with business leaders to drive organisational transformation through strategic HR business partnering.

Her responsibilities included organisation design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition, ensuring the company had the right organisational structure, leadership capability, and talent pipeline to support business growth.

With experience across fintech and digital environments, Tharadolpornphitak has also led HR transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, and HR technology to enhance recruitment effectiveness, organisational agility, and overall employee experience.

She brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to joining CardX Thailand, she spent over a decade at Siam City Cement, where she held several key HR leadership roles.

Earlier in her career, she worked with global organisations including The Estée Lauder Companies, IHG, and TISCO Financial Group, building experience across talent management, organisational development, and HR strategy.

On the academic front, Tharadolpornphitak holds a Mini-MBA in HR from Chulalongkorn University, a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of London, and has also completed finance and banking education at Chiang Mai University.

Her elevation to the new role reflects CardX Thailand’s continued emphasis on strengthening organisational capability and aligning people strategies with the evolving demands of the fintech and digital business landscape.
