Electrolux Group appoints Pallavi Mishra as VP HR & Communications for APAC

Electrolux Group has appointed Pallavi Mishra as Vice President, HR & Communications for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, effective September 1, 2026.

“We are pleased to welcome Pallavi Mishra to Electrolux Group as VP HR & Communications for Region APAC, effective September 1, 2026. Based in Bangkok, Pallavi will join the APAC leadership team, supporting the company’s strategic people & culture agenda across the region,” the company said in an announcement post.

Mishra joins Electrolux from Honeywell, where she most recently served as Senior Director HR – Asia Pacific. She spent nearly a decade with the company, holding a series of regional and India-based HR leadership positions.

In her most recent role, Mishra led Honeywell’s end-to-end HR agenda across Asia Pacific, including Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and the Pacific. She partnered with regional leadership on talent strategy, organisational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement.

She previously served as Senior Director Human Resources for ASEAN, supporting around 2,800 employees across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

Before that, she was Human Resources Director, Corporate, APAC, with responsibility for HR functional effectiveness across 15 countries and an employee base of more than 25,000.

Mishra began her Honeywell career as Head of Business HR for its Aerospace Engineering division in India, before moving into broader regional leadership roles.

Earlier in her career, she held HR positions at Hewlett-Packard (HPE), Fidelity Business Services India, Xerox India and North Delhi Power Limited. Her experience spans talent management, workforce planning, organisational design, employee engagement, leadership development, inclusion and diversity, and change management.

Mishra announced her departure from Honeywell earlier this month after almost a decade with the company.

“After almost a decade at Honeywell, it is time to close out what could best be described as an incredible journey,” she said in a post announcing her departure.

“On this journey I had the privilege of not only working with the finest in the business, but also making friends across countries and regions. I will always be indebted for the opportunities, learnings and sponsorship I have received in all these years.”

She also thanked the APAC HR team, describing it as “the dream team any leader would be proud to call their own”.

“The next adventure begins soon! Grateful to all who have been part of my career journey so far and contributed to it,” Mishra added.

At Electrolux, Mishra will take on a broader regional mandate covering both HR and communications, supporting the company’s people strategy across APAC.

Her appointment comes as multinational companies across the region continue to focus on organisational transformation, workforce capability and inclusive workplace cultures amid changing business and technology environments.

Mishra has also positioned inclusive workplaces, ethical leadership, trust and accountability as key elements of her leadership approach, alongside experience working across diverse markets and employee groups.
