Hmlet, the co-living operator based out of Singapore is testing a new platform that will allow landlords to list their properties directly with the startup.
The platform will have options giving them access to advanced analytics tools and related services. These tools will help them get insights in terms of how their properties perform.
The members can also use the platform to customize room size and amount of furniture, among other things.
The move in line with the company’s plan to provide an end-to-end user interface to cater to the different needs of consumers in real estate. The platform said to be announced in early Q3 this year.
The company has also announced that it has appointed Rajive Keshup as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Pramodh Rai as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The appointments took effect on June 1, according to a statement.
Both the executives were Senior Vice-Presidents in the company earlier. Keshup was in charge of finance, investment and strategy, and Rai, developments in product, engineering and technology.
Keshup’s focus area will be in developing new growth strategy, merger and acquisition (M&A) and conducting diligence, along with leading capital raising.
Both of them will continue to lead their previous departments.
