KTM Solutions has appointed Anton Hendrianto as Director of Talent and Transformation, effective February 2026.

In his new role, Hendrianto brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning banking and consulting. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer at One Point Indonesia, where he drove business growth and innovation. In that role, he was responsible for building strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and advancing key business initiatives.
Prior to this, Hendrianto spent over seven years at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia in multiple leadership roles, including Head of Project Management, Head of Human Capital Strategy & Development, and Head of People Development & Culture.
He also served as Executive Director at Muamalat Institute and held key positions earlier in his career at PermataBank and Standard Chartered Bank.
On the academic front, Hendrianto holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from BINUS University and has completed several certifications in human capital transformation, executive leadership, and strategic capabilities.
His appointment underscores KTM Solutions’ focus on strengthening talent strategy and accelerating transformation initiatives as organisations navigate evolving workforce and business dynamics.
