Oneglobal Broking has appointed Fabien Goutoulli as Chief Executive Officer of its Singapore operations, as the international insurance and reinsurance brokerage group looks to strengthen its presence across Asia.
Goutoulli will report to Sirikit Oh, CEO, Asia, and will be responsible for further developing Oneglobal’s Singapore business. He will also work with Oh and the wider Asian leadership team to expand the company’s regional presence.
Goutoulli brings more than two decades of experience across Asia and Europe, with expertise spanning property and casualty (P&C), specialty lines, reinsurance, corporate strategy and regional business development.
Before joining Oneglobal, he served as Executive Director and Head of P&C & Specialty Lines Asia at Diot-Siaci Asia, where he led multi-country operations and regional growth initiatives.
Goutoulli began his career as a Client Executive and Advisor at Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2009. Over the course of his career, he has developed specialty insurance businesses across Singapore and other Asian markets, with experience covering cyber, financial lines, credit, aviation, cargo and captives.

The appointment comes as Oneglobal continues to build its specialist insurance and reinsurance capabilities in the Asian market, with Singapore serving as a key base for its regional operations.
