SHL expands into Singapore, appoints Ivana Lee as Head of Southeast Asia

SHL, a global provider of talent assessment and psychometric testing solutions, has announced its expansion into Singapore with the opening of a new office and the appointment of Ivana Lee as Head of Southeast Asia.

The move signals SHL’s continued focus on strengthening its footprint across the region. Announcing the development on LinkedIn, the company said, “Big news from SHL in Southeast Asia. As we strengthen our presence across the region, we’re excited to share that our new office in Singapore is officially open.”

SHL also introduced its regional leadership, adding, “We are also delighted to introduce the new Head of SHL Southeast Asia, Ivana Lee. We look forward to partnering with you and creating meaningful impact together.”

In her new role, Lee brings more than 16 years of experience spanning business growth and global partnerships. She most recently served as Managing Director, Asia at imc Learning for over seven years.

Announcing her departure from the organisation, Lee reflected on her tenure, noting that her time at Scheer IMC marked a period of significant professional growth across commercial leadership, consulting, partnerships, and regional strategy. She described the organisation as a place where she built meaningful global relationships and delivered innovative learning technology solutions with her team.

Earlier in her career, she held roles at Korn Ferry’s AchieveForum, Arcitura Education, and SP+ Gameday.

Academically, Lee holds a BBA in Marketing and Communication from Simon Fraser University and an Advanced Certificate in Integrating Sustainability for a Future Ready Business from Singapore Management University. She is also a certified lifestyle and wellness coach from Harvard Medical School.

With its Singapore expansion and new regional leadership in place, SHL is expected to further deepen its engagement with organisations across Southeast Asia.
