Technip Energies elevates Raja Azurin Sharizat Raja Sukri to APAC People & Culture Director

Technip Energies has promoted Raja Azurin Sharizat Raja Sukri to the role of APAC People & Culture Director, marking a new chapter in her seven-year journey with the organisation.

Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Sukri said she was “truly honored and excited” to take on the expanded leadership role. “After seven incredible years with this organisation, this moment fills me with gratitude and purpose,” she shared.

“My journey has been shaped by opportunities to grow, challenges that strengthened me, and meaningful experiences that pushed me to become better both professionally and personally.”

She also expressed appreciation for the leaders and colleagues who supported her journey at the company. “I deeply appreciate the support, trust, and recognition I’ve received from our leaders throughout these years. Your belief in me has been a powerful motivator, and I am genuinely thankful for the development and growth you have enabled,” she added.

Reflecting on the responsibility of her new role, Sukri emphasised the importance of shaping people-focused workplaces across the region. “As I step into this new chapter, I am inspired by the responsibility we carry in People & Culture: to elevate potential, shape positive experiences, and create environments where people can truly thrive. I am proud to be part of the solutions that move Technip Energies forward, driving impact, strengthening our culture, and supporting our people across APAC.”

Sukri joined Technip Energies in 2019 and has been overseeing Malaysia and global functions as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager.

With nearly two decades of experience in human resources, she has worked across the financial services and energy sectors, building expertise in HR business partnering, talent management, and talent acquisition. Over the years, she has also led HR process improvements aimed at enhancing organisational productivity and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Technip Energies, Sukri held key roles at companies including Nexperia, Velesto Energy, Sapura Energy, and CIMB Aviva Insurance.
