Temus appoints three new managing directors

Temus, a Temasek Holdings company established to provide digital transformation solutions for the private and public sectors in Singapore, has announced the appointment of three new managing directors for its verticals.

Sutowo Wong, former director of the health analytics division at Singapore’s Ministry of Health, has been appointed to lead the AI and data practice. At MOH he led multi-disciplinary teams applying AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive policy formulation, service planning, and operations.
Previously, Wong held senior positions in Accenture, Deloitte, and OgilvyOne, driving customer analytics, risk management, operations research, and AI-driven transformation initiatives with organisations across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, travel & hospitality and retail in Southeast Asia, China, India, and Japan.
Vincent Tay has been appointed head of the public sector practice. Tay was formerly a partner in EY's government and public sector practice, and before that a partner in the public sector and healthcare practice at IBM Consulting.
He brings nearly three decades of experience in IT consulting and digital transformation across government and healthcare, including key roles in driving regulatory reforms, citizen-facing platforms, and strategic studies that strengthened Singapore’s digital governance. 
Samuel Chong has been appointed head of the insurance practice. He was previously Vice President at eBaoTech International, where he drove business strategy, market expansion, and digital insurance adoption across the region. Prior to that he was was CEO of Fullerton Systems and Services, a technology subsidiary of Fullerton Health, where he also served as Group CTO.
Chong has also held senior roles at Dell EMC, Cisco, Capgemini, and Accenture, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning insurance, fintech, healthtech, and digital transformation across the Asia Pacific region. 
Alongside the appointments, Temus has announced three new strategic collaborations with the Infocomm Media Development Authority, Peak3, and Resaro to build Singapore's AI workforce, improve the responsible development and adoption of trustworthy enterprise-grade AI, and drive digital adoption in the insurance sector.
