He brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and business leadership across sectors including oil and gas, financial services, and consulting. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, he served as Deputy CEO of BRED IT Thailand for over two years, after previously holding Head of HR and Finance roles since joining the organization in 2020.

Earlier in his career, Pratoommase held leadership and HR roles at several global organizations including PwC Thailand, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Evolution Capital, and ExxonMobil, building extensive experience across multinational environments.

On the academic front, he holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA in HR and Leadership from the Mahidol University College of Management.

His appointment comes as BNP Paribas continues to strengthen its leadership and people strategy in Thailand and the wider Southeast Asia region.
