Yinson GreenTech has announced the appointment of Louisa Rachel Brady as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2026, marking a key leadership transition as the company enters its next phase of growth. Brady succeeds Lim Chern Yuan (CY), who stepped into the CEO role earlier this year to lead a strategic review of the business and will now return his focus to his responsibilities as Group CEO of Yinson Holdings Berhad.
Brady has served as Chief Operating Officer of Yinson GreenTech for the past year, overseeing day-to-day operations while working closely with Lim on the company’s transformation agenda. In her new role, she will continue to hold the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer, reflecting the group’s confidence in her ability to balance leadership, people strategy and operational execution.
Over the past year, Lim and Brady, together with the senior leadership team, have streamlined Yinson GreenTech’s operations around three core pillars: marine electrification through marinEV, electric vehicle leasing under drivEV, and EV charging infrastructure via chargEV. This sharper strategic focus is expected to support scalable growth across Southeast Asia’s fast-evolving clean mobility landscape.
Commenting on the appointment, Lim said Brady’s elevation reflects her track record at Yinson, from leading the group’s HR transformation in 2020 to driving operational change at Yinson GreenTech in 2025. He highlighted her experience in organisational transformation and business operations as critical to the company’s next growth phase.
Brady said she was honoured to take on the role and looked forward to working with the leadership team to strengthen revenue growth, innovation and long-term sustainability across the business. Founded in 2021, Yinson GreenTech plays a central role in the group’s broader push toward electrification and digital energy solutions, aligned with its net-zero ambitions.
