International Workplace Group (IWG) is expanding its presence in the Philippines with five new flexible workspace locations across Cebu, Taguig and Aurora, as demand for hybrid working continues to reshape the country’s office market.
The expansion, announced on July 31, will take IWG’s total number of locations in the Philippines to 76 by the end of 2026. It also marks the country debut of Humanly, IWG’s healthcare-focused flexible workspace brand.
Two new Regus centres will open in Cebu at HQ Plaza Helena and Regus Island Central Mactan. In Taguig, Regus Savya Financial Center and Regus Alveo Park Triangle Tower will add workspace capacity in and around Bonifacio Global City, a major business and financial district.
The fifth location, Humanly at the APECO Super Health Center in Aurora, is designed specifically for healthcare and wellness professionals.
Unlike conventional coworking spaces, Humanly locations provide purpose-built facilities such as treatment rooms, therapy suites and consultation spaces for professionals including doctors, physiotherapists and psychologists.
IWG said the expansion is being driven by continued demand for flexible working in the Philippines. According to the company, 82% of organisations in the country have adopted hybrid working arrangements, while around one-third plan to increase their investment in flexible workspace over the next year.
The expansion also illustrates the widening scope of flexible workspace beyond traditional offices. The locations span established commercial districts as well as emerging areas, while the Humanly launch targets a specialised professional segment.
IWG’s Philippines growth is part of its wider Asia-Pacific expansion strategy, with the company using partnerships and franchise arrangements to increase its network across the region.
