Rivermate unifies global EOR operations under single brand, expands reach across 180+ countries

Global workforce solutions provider Rivermate has launched as a unified global Employer of Record (EOR) platform, bringing together the EOR operations of Eos Global Expansion, Serviap Global, and Hightekers under one brand as it strengthens its international hiring and payroll capabilities.

The company said the move is intended to create a more consistent and locally grounded approach to international hiring, Employer of Record services, Contractor of Record (COR), and global payroll. Existing client contracts and service delivery arrangements will remain unchanged, with customers continuing to work with their current contacts while gaining access to broader global capabilities.

Roger Oudiz, Chairman of the Group, said the rebranding reflects a larger strategic shift rather than a simple name change.

"We are not just renaming companies. We are building a global infrastructure for the future of work. Bringing Eos, Serviap, and our Hightekers EOR operations under the Rivermate brand is the right move at the right time, it gives our clients a single, trusted partner wherever they hire, and gives our teams the platform they deserve to compete globally. The regional expertise that made each of these businesses great is not going anywhere. It is now part of something bigger."

The restructuring establishes a two-brand model within the wider group. Rivermate will serve as the primary global brand for EOR, COR, and contractor payment solutions, while Hightekers will continue to operate independently as a premium freelancer management platform for independent professionals worldwide.

The company said the move positions the group to build a broader global work intermediary platform aimed at serving both multinational employers and a growing independent workforce navigating cross-border employment.

The consolidation brings over 15 years of experience across multiple regions into a single platform, with Rivermate now operating 38 owned entities and a global partner network spanning 180+ countries and supporting more than 3,500 workers.
