Amazon-owned One Medical CEO Amir Dan Rubin to quit

Amazon-owned One Medical’s CEO Amir Dan Rubin has decided to quit. According to the report, Rubin will leave the company later this year.  One Medical is a primary care organisation.

Rubin will be replaced by Trent Green as One Medical’s operating chief.

Amazon and One Medical entered into a definitive merger agreement for roughly $3.9 billion under which Amazon acquired One Medical in July 2022. One Medical is a human-centered, technology-powered national primary care organisation to make quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable through a combination of in-person, digital, and virtual care services that are convenient to where people work, shop, and live.

Before One Medical, Rubin worked with United Health Group, Standford Healthcare, and UCLA Health among others.
