As we approach 2025, the role of HR and technology continues to evolve, especially in the realm of talent management and productivity enhancement.  

Among several gaps, the SHRPA Global State of HR Industry Report revealed a significant gap between HR leaders’ readiness to adapt and their ability to execute talent initiatives, particularly in leveraging AI and analytics. Despite high readiness, many HR departments still struggle to fully harness these technologies to drive productivity. How can HR leaders improve their capabilities going into 2025 and ensure they are able to leverage technologies like AI to create the right impact?
