Kantar elevates Narelle Burke to Chief People and Agent Officer for Global Research Group and APAC

Based in Singapore, Narelle Burke will lead people strategy for Kantar’s APAC region and partner with the Global Research Group to align talent, data, analytics and technology to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

Global marketing data and analytics company Kantar has appointed Narelle Burke as Chief People and Agent Officer for its Global Research Group and Asia Pacific region, marking a significant leadership move as the company continues to evolve its people strategy in the age of artificial intelligence.


Burke announced on LinkedIn, "I’m happy to share that I’ve moved into a new position as Chief People and Agent Officer, Global Research Group & APAC Region at Kantar!

In her new role, Burke will be based in Singapore and will support the APAC Region Executive Leadership Team, overseeing people strategy across one of the company’s most dynamic regions. Her role will also involve working closely with the Global Research Group, where research, data, analytics and technology are integrated to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.


Burke joined Kantar in 2015 as Head of HR for the Asia Pacific region and has since held several global leadership roles. Over the years, she has served as Global Head of Talent, Learning and Leadership Development, Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity, and most recently as CHRO for Human Resources, Insights APAC and Global Consulting. Her career progression reflects a strong focus on talent development, leadership transformation, and inclusive workplace culture.


Before joining Kantar, Burke held leadership roles at organisations including Nielsen, Royal Caribbean International, and Medibank Private, working across Singapore and Australia in various strategic HR roles.


An award-winning HR leader with more than two decades of experience, Burke is known for her work in organisational transformation, leadership development, and building inclusive and agile teams across global markets and industries, ranging from government enterprises to technology start-ups.
