Innovation meets impact at TechHR Singapore 2026: Infini-T Awards celebrate Southeast Asia’s most forward-thinking organisations

People Matters Infini-T Awards Southeast Asia celebrates organisations excelling in employee-centric transformation and advancing tech-enabled workforce strategies.
The inaugural People Matters Infini-T Awards for Southeast Asia brought together some of the region’s most forward-thinking organisations, teams, and leaders to celebrate excellence at the intersection of technology, talent, and transformation.
The awards night held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, on March 26, 2026, during TechHR Singapore – Asia’s Most Influential HR & WorkTech Conference, the awards marked a significant new chapter in recognising innovation shaping the future of work.
More than a ceremonial event, the Infini-T Awards were positioned as a platform to spotlight transformative leadership and forward-looking ideas.
The initiative aims to go beyond recognition by encouraging mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and a culture of continuous growth across the HR and worktech ecosystem. As Aditya Chopra, Head of New Markets at People Matters, noted during the ceremony, the awards are designed to set a benchmark for innovation by recognising organisations that combine advanced technology with meaningful purpose, while inspiring others to embark on their own transformation journeys.
People Matters Infini-T Awards: Selection Process
The awards invited nominations across three broad categories: Revolutionary Teams, Visionary Organisations, and Individual Icons. Winners were selected through a two-tier evaluation process, first by an Assessment Jury of senior HR leaders, and then by a Grand Jury comprising distinguished CHROs. Importantly, entries were judged not only on measurable outcomes, but also on intent, authenticity, stakeholder engagement, user experience, consistency of effort, and the learnings drawn from failure.
