Our first episode kicks off with Larissa Murmann, the Digital CHRO of Unilever International, who talks about how AI can be a catalyst for potential - if we approach it the right way.
People Matters Unplugged is back for a new season, and this time, we're exploring the intersectionalities between talent, business, society, and the
planet.
The HR function has a profound role to play in influencing outcomes far
beyond the office walls. We cannot afford to view talent in isolation; talent is people, and people are influenced and affected by the
community and events around them.
In Season 4 of our Unplugged podcast, we pose this question: how can HR leaders step beyond the
tradition of viewing talent purely through the lens of the workplace, and instead
leverage an integrated, systems-thinking approach that explores
intersectionality between world and workplace issues, planet and people
issues, economy and talent issues?
Our inaugural episode for the season features Larissa Murmann, the Digital CHRO of Unilever International, who co-leads the firm's digital transformation strategy together with the CTO. In this fascinating conversation, Larissa joins our host Cheshta Dora, Head of Content and Community at People Matters, for a deep dive into what the inclusion of AI means for an organisation and how it will reshape the way we look at talent, skills, workflow, productivity.
