A new reality lies ahead. By acting early with courage and decisiveness, leaders and organizations can accelerate their transformation out of the downturn.
At the core of this acceleration is digital transformation. And in the digital transformation journey, having a detailed talent development roadmap will be as critical as having a technology one. Articulating critical skills for recovery, building the base of future digital skills, reimagining training at a scale in a distant world, and bringing on an experimentative mindset is the base to Rev-Up Growth for Individuals, Organizations, and economies.
What to expect?
A live, virtual community gathering for Business Leaders, CHROs, CLOs, and people managers to wrestle with one big question: How do we Rev-Up Growth through capability, through change interventions, and through culture in a time of uncertainty, chaos, and disruption?
In business and society, we are navigating in an unpredictable context in which most things seem outside of our control. One thing that is in our control is the capability we are building as an organization to strengthen our chances of success. How do we take on that opportunity?
Not a virtual conference, but a journey of discovery
At People Matters, the community comes together on one platform for inspiration, co-creation, exchange of ideas, and a commitment to action. Our digital agenda is structured to provide multidimensional content to address the current challenges we have identified and trigger a solution-oriented mindset, a mindset of experimentation, peer exchange, and personal commitment. While the experience is DIGITAL, it is very much HUMAN, with a focus on peer-to-peer interactions, hands-on sessions, and curated discussion sessions.
We know we cannot have all the answers, but we know we can do a great job of asking the right questions. We cannot control the wind, BUT we can work with the sails.
People Matters L&D Annual Conference is NOT an event online. It is an experience created by our community for our community. Explore our virtual schedule below. All centered around igniting LIVE conversations, connections, and exploration.
We hope to see you there.
