Access Healthcare has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President and Head of People for India and the Philippines, strengthening its leadership bench as the company scales its global delivery operations.
In his new role, Ghosh will oversee the people function across two of the company’s key markets, focusing on leadership development, talent outcomes, and building scalable HR operations. The appointment comes at a time when Access Healthcare continues to expand its footprint in the revenue cycle management (RCM) space and deepen its capabilities through technology and automation.
Ghosh brings over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Prior to joining Access Healthcare, he was Founder and CEO at TalBha. He also served as Senior Vice President and India HR Head at Berkadia, and spent more than 12 years at Genpact, where he led business-aligned HR strategies and transformation initiatives.
Commenting on his appointment, Ghosh said he is thrilled to join Access Healthcare at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. He highlighted the company’s evolving trajectory, particularly its integration into the Smarter Technologies ecosystem, which he said is enabling a blend of human talent, AI-driven solutions, and automation to redefine healthcare efficiency.
“Access Healthcare has long been a leader in the RCM space, ensuring providers can focus on patient care. What excites me most is how we are now combining people, technology, and innovation to shape the future of healthcare operations,” he said.
An executive alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and certified by XLRI Jamshedpur, Ghosh is also a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach. He holds globally recognised HR credentials, including SHRM-SCP and Global Talent Management Leader (GTML).
