Agoda appoints Paolo Inga as Chief Organisation & People Officer

Paolo Inga to lead Agoda’s global people strategy, talent transformation, and leadership development from Bangkok.
Agoda has brought on board Paolo Inga as its new Chief Organisation & People Officer, a role that will see him guiding the company’s global approach to talent, culture, and organisational development. He will focus on strengthening Agoda’s people practices as it continues to expand its presence across markets.
In this new role, Paolo will lead the digital travel company’s efforts in organisation design, leadership development, and talent transformation as Agoda continues to expand its reach across markets. He will be based out of Bangkok.
Paolo brings with him more than 20 years of international HR experience. Before joining Agoda, he worked as Global HR Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, where he managed HR operations across Europe and Asia. During his time there, he was closely involved in bringing teams together after mergers, setting up leadership development initiatives, and strengthening digital HR systems within the company’s luxury and fashion businesses.
Before moving to YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Paolo spent over a decade at Vodafone, taking on senior HR responsibilities across several international markets. During his tenure, he played an active role in driving organisational change, improving digital processes, and strengthening people capabilities across the company’s diverse business lines.
Known for his ability to align people strategy with business goals, Paolo has led several initiatives that strengthened organisational culture and performance in global settings. His appointment comes at a time when Agoda is reinforcing its leadership capabilities to support its next phase of growth in digital travel services.
