Bluebell Group appoints Philippe Guettat as Group President & CEO, Ivan Zenovic as Chief People & Communications Officer

Bluebell Group has confirmed the permanent appointment of Philippe Guettat as Group President & Chief Executive Officer, while also strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Ivan Zenovic as Chief People & Communications Officer (CPCO).

The leadership changes form part of the company’s effort to formalise its executive structure as it focuses on operational excellence and long-term growth across Asia.

Guettat, who had been serving in the role on an interim basis, earned the board’s confidence through his strategic direction and operational discipline during the transition period.

“The Board has been impressed by the clarity and strategic discipline Mr Guettat has brought to the Group during his interim tenure,” said Laurent de Rougemont, Chairman of the Board. “His commitment to operational excellence and delivering value for our stakeholders makes him a definitive choice to lead the Group into its next chapter of success.”

Rougemont added that the company is moving forward with a reinforced leadership structure aimed at maintaining Bluebell’s position as a high-performance partner for global brands.

Guettat said the company will continue strengthening its operations and brand partnerships as the retail and distribution landscape evolves.

Alongside the CEO appointment, the company has elevated its focus on people and culture with the appointment of Zenovic as Chief People & Communications Officer. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, he will oversee the modernisation of talent processes and drive the standardisation of retail excellence across markets.

Zenovic brings extensive experience in HR, talent management and global communications. He joined the group in 2024 and has since led its learning and development, HR, and organisational and people excellence initiatives.
