Cohesity has appointed Justin Loh as Country Manager for Singapore and Brunei, as the AI and data security company seeks to expand its business and strengthen customer engagement across the two markets.

Loh will oversee Cohesity’s overall business strategy, sales operations and growth initiatives in Singapore and Brunei.

He joins Cohesity from NiCE, where he most recently served as Regional Director, leading the company’s customer experience and AI business across Southeast Asia and strategic enterprise accounts in the Asia-Pacific region.

Earlier in his career, Loh held leadership positions at Veritas Technologies, JOS Singapore and Avaya.

Loh brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and go-to-market strategy, covering cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity and data management. His experience also spans business transformation, sales, customer experience, consulting and professional services.

Lim Hsin Yin, Vice President and General Manager, ASEAN at Cohesity, said Loh’s appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in talent as it expands its presence in the region.

She said Loh’s market knowledge, leadership experience and customer-focused approach would support organisations in Singapore and Brunei as they strengthen data security and cyber resilience.

Loh said he was joining Cohesity at a time when organisations are reassessing how they protect, manage and derive value from data as AI adoption accelerates.

He said the growing use of AI makes secure, trusted and resilient data increasingly important, adding that Cohesity’s unified AI data security platform and customer and partner ecosystem provide a foundation for helping organisations navigate technology transformation.

Loh will also focus on working with Cohesity’s teams, partners and customers to drive innovation, strengthen cyber resilience and support organisations seeking to adopt AI.

The appointment comes as businesses across Singapore and Brunei face an increasingly complex cybersecurity environment and growing demand to modernise their data protection strategies alongside AI adoption.
