Cygnify appoints Simon Catling as Director of Talent Acquisition - APAC

Singapore-based recruitment firm Cygnify has named Simon Catling as its new Director of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region, effective immediately.

Catling shared the announcement on LinkedIn, saying, “I’m pleased to join Cygnify as Director of Talent Acquisition, where I’ll be responsible for leading the delivery team across APAC and driving best-in-class talent solutions.

Bringing nearly two decades of HR and consulting experience across real estate and recruitment sectors, Catling most recently served as Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC at EQT Real Estate. 

His previous roles include leadership positions at JLL, Menasa & Partners, Black Swan Group, Cobalt, and CLM Electrical.

Academically, Catling holds a Leadership Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower.
