Henkel appoints Kingley Lim as APAC Head of Culture, DEI, CSR and Talent for SEA & ANZ

The expanded role strengthens Henkel’s people, culture and inclusion agenda across Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Henkel has appointed Kingley Lim as APAC Head of Culture, DEI, CSR and Talent Head for Southeast Asia and ANZ, effective August 2025, reinforcing its focus on purpose-led growth, inclusive leadership and regional talent development.


In this expanded leadership role, Lim will be responsible for shaping Henkel’s people and culture agenda across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focused mandate covering Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. His responsibilities span culture transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and talent strategy, aligning people priorities with business growth and sustainability goals.


Lim currently leads Henkel’s regional culture and talent strategy across APAC, where he has been instrumental in embedding organisational values, advancing inclusive leadership practices, and strengthening talent frameworks that support long-term capability building. His work has supported Henkel’s broader commitment to responsible business practices and future-ready workforce models.


Prior to joining Henkel, Lim spent over five years at L’Oréal, holding multiple leadership roles across Asia-Pacific. Most recently, he served as Senior HR Business Partner, Change and DEI Lead – Travel Retail APAC, partnering closely with business leaders on transformation, workforce planning and DEI initiatives. Earlier, he was Head of Talent Acquisition, HRBP and DEI Lead – SAPMENA, overseeing regional talent and HR strategies across South Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East and North Africa.


Earlier in his career, Lim held senior talent roles at JUUL Labs as Senior Talent Partner – APAC, and at CFLD International, where he worked across Singapore and China in global HR business partnering and talent acquisition leadership roles. He began his professional journey at Robert Walters and Prudential Assurance Singapore, gaining experience in executive search, advisory and stakeholder management.
