HireRight appoints Amy Orem as Chief Human Resources Officer

Orem recently served Asurion as CHRO for over 15 years, guiding the HR organisation through multiple business transformation initiatives
Global workforce solutions company, HireRight has appointed Amy Orem as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.
In her role, Orem will oversee HireRight’s global HR strategy, focusing on driving business transformation, supporting growth, and strengthening the company’s organizational culture. She brings over 30 years of experience in leading teams and implementing sustainable organisational change.
Prior to this appointment, Orem served as CHRO at Asurion, where she guided the HR organisation through multiple business transformation initiatives. She also spent nearly 12 years leading Asurion’s global Supply Chain organisation.

Orem began her career in supply chain management at Lucent Technologies after earning a Bachelor of Science in logistics and marketing from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
She succeeds Julie Romero, who had served in the role since 2022, leading the company’s global HR function and supporting business transformation over the last few years.
