Petredec Group appoints Kellie Twigge as Group Head of Human Resources

Most recently, Twigge served as Global Head of HR for bp’s Supply, Trading & Shipping entity and bp Singapore, overseeing people strategy for more than 4,000 employees across 16 countries.
Singapore-headquartered Petredec Group has appointed Kellie Twigge as its new Group Head of Human Resources, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand across the global LPG and clean energy sectors.
Twigge joins the organisation with more than two decades of international HR leadership experience spanning energy, shipping, insurance, and multinational operations.
At Petredec, Twigge is expected to lead the company’s global HR strategy, focusing on organisational transformation, leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and culture-building initiatives. Her appointment comes as the LPG supplier continues to scale its operations and strengthen its position across international markets.
Sharing the announcement, Twigge said, “I am delighted to share that I have joined Petredec Group as the new Group Head of Human Resources. It’s a great organisation with an incredible culture and deep industry expertise. I look forward to leading HR strategy, bringing strong commercial experience to support the company’s growth.”
Before joining Petredec, Twigge spent over 13 years at bp, where she held multiple senior HR leadership positions across Singapore and the United Kingdom. Most recently, she served as Global Head of HR for bp’s Supply, Trading & Shipping entity and bp Singapore, overseeing people strategy for more than 4,000 employees across 16 countries.
Her experience also includes leading HR transformation initiatives, driving cultural and organisational redesign programmes, supporting low-carbon shipping strategies, and overseeing talent and DE&I agendas across global trading and maritime operations.
In parallel with her corporate leadership roles, Twigge has been actively involved with the New Zealand Chamber, serving as President, Vice President, and Secretary across different tenures on the executive board.
