RecyGlo Malaysia appoints Norliana Aida Ramli as Managing Director and CEO

Aida's appointment signals RecyGlo Malaysia’s continued commitment to advancing its digital sustainability and compliance leadership across the region.

RecyGlo Group has appointed Norliana Aida Ramli as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of RecyGlo Malaysia, effective February 2026. 


“RecyGlo Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Norliana Aida Ramli as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of RecyGlo Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., effective immediately,” the company said in the announcement. 

Aida brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning strategic planning, venture development, sustainability governance, and enterprise transformation. 


Over the course of her career within the PETRONAS Group and its public-listed entities, Aida has held multiple C-suite roles and led multi-billion-dollar strategic initiatives. These include board-approved expansion programmes, complex shareholder negotiations with global partners, and the development of sustainability roadmaps aligned with international ESG frameworks.


Her professional journey reflects a strong track record in value creation, governance excellence, and stakeholder engagement across large and complex organisations. Earlier roles at PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, Petronas Chemicals Group, and across the wider PETRONAS ecosystem further underscore her expertise in strategic growth and sustainability-led transformation.


In her new role, Aida will focus on strengthening RecyGlo Malaysia’s position as a trusted digital sustainability and compliance partner for corporates navigating ESG, waste traceability, and sustainability reporting requirements. She is expected to drive strategic partnerships, enhance governance frameworks, and accelerate commercial growth in support of RecyGlo’s regional ambitions.


Aida holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) from University College London and certifications in Sustainability Accounting and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
