Sanofi names Sherryl Goce Head of People Services for SEA&I and SKAU

Goce brings over two decades of experience in driving business growth, strengthening partnerships, and leading people-centric transformation across global markets.
Sanofi, a leading pharmaceutical company, has elevated Sherryl Goce to the role of Head of People Services overseeing Southeast Asia, India, South Korea, and Australia, effective immediately.
Goce has been serving Sanofi for more than six years now and recently held the position of People Services Partner South East Asia & India and Hyderabad Hub Head.
As part of the Hub Head role, she has been overseeing employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits teams across Greater Gulf, South Africa, Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan, and serving as the primary People and Culture (HR) client servicing partner for South East Asia and India.
Sharing the promotion update, Goce posted, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of People Services Southeast Asia & India and South Korea & Australia (SEA&I and SKAU) at Sanofi!”
Goce started her career in HR with Sanofi in 2022, when she was assigned the Learning Delivery Management Lead role, developing and implementing global learning programs across APAC, EURASIA, and Africa.
Prior to that, she held leading marketing roles across IdeasXMachina (IXM), RiteMED, Unam Pharmaceuticals, Cheil Worldwide, and Unilab.
On the academic front, Goce holds a Master’s degree in Communications and Marketing, and a bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Asia and the Pacific. She is also a certified coach from the Corporate Coach Academy and completed a Diploma in Marketing Communications from the International Advertising Association.
