SNP strengthens Asia-Pacific leadership with key managing director appointments

SNP Group, a leading IT solutions company, has announced two senior leadership appointments to strengthen its Asia-Pacific operations.

The company has named Kuldeep Solanki as Managing Director for Southeast Asia and Harold Zhang as Managing Director for China, effective immediately.

The appointments follow the recent elevation of Jelita Kamal as Chief Operating Officer for Asia-Pacific and underscore SNP’s strategy 

to scale its regional business with sharper execution and accountability across priority growth markets.

As Managing Director for Southeast Asia, Solanki will lead growth and market development across the region, overseeing go-to-market strategy, sales execution, partner alliances and marketing. He will also be responsible for customer and partner success, with a focus on consistent delivery and long-term value creation.

Based in Singapore, Solanki brings more than 23 years of international experience across enterprise software, cloud solutions and partner ecosystems. He has held leadership roles focused on building high-performance teams, scaling go-to-market operations and developing strategic alliances across Southeast Asia.

Zhang, who will be based in Shanghai, assumes leadership of SNP’s China business with a mandate to accelerate growth and profitability. He will also drive SNP’s ambition to become the data management partner of choice for SAP-led transformation programmes, while aligning local execution with broader Asia-Pacific priorities.

With over two decades of leadership experience, Zhang has held senior roles at Tencent, Kingdee and SAP, where he led large-scale digital and cloud transformation initiatives across China’s public and private sectors.

Miltiades added that the strengthened leadership bench positions SNP to better serve customers and partners while expanding into new markets, with further regional announcements expected in the near future.
