SuperX appoints Dr. Chenhong Huang as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

SuperX AI Technology, a leading AI infrastructure solutions company, has appointed Dr. Chenhong Huang as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to be effective from December 1, 2025.

In his new role, Dr Huang brings decades of leadership experience across telecommunications and technology sectors. He most recently served SAP SE as Global Executive Vice President, and President for Greater China. 

“This appointment comes at an important stage in SuperX's development as the Company continues to advance its global expansion efforts,” the company said in the appointment statement. 

It added that Dr. Huang’s experienced leadership will strengthen the SuperX's ability to execute its strategic priorities, positioning it to become a global leader in AI infrastructure, while enhancing its modular AI factory and full-stack infrastructure strategy. 

Previously, Dr Huang has worked with Dell Technologies as President of Greater China, APC by Schneider Electric as President  - Greater China, Tellabs as President - China,  and Nortel China as Vice President of Sales. 

He will be involved in deploying the Company's AI infrastructure solutions efficiently and methodically worldwide, with the aim of bringing predictable scale and growth returns to the company.

Speaking on his appointment, Dr Huang said, "I am extremely honored to lead SuperX in this golden age of AI. Market demand is rapidly shifting from single components to integrated, end-to-end, rapidly deployable large-scale solutions, what we define as the 'AI Factory.' SuperX possesses a clear strategic vision and a truly disruptive technology stack."

On the academic front, Dr Huang holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and bachelor of science and masters of science degrees from Fudan University. He is also a key member of the board of yonyou Network Technology, and Automated Systems (ASL).
