TBO Tek appoints Aditi Madhok-Naarden as Global CHRO

Madhok brings over two decades of global HR leadership experience across technology, financial services, food & beverages, and FMCG, spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the Americas.

TBO Tek, a global travel technology platform, has appointed Aditi Madhok-Naarden as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective February 23, 2026. 

The company informed that Tek Travels DMCC, its material subsidiary in the UAE, confirmed the appointment. In her new role, Madhok will lead TBO’s global people strategy.


Madhok brings more than two decades of international HR leadership experience spanning technology, financial services, food & beverages, and FMCG. 


Over the course of her career, she has held senior people leadership roles at globally recognised organisations, including Lloyds Banking Group, where she served as People Partnering Director; Tate & Lyle, where she was Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer; and The Body Shop International, where she served as HR Director for the Singapore market, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. 


She has also held key roles at Mastercard, Deutsche Bank, Prudential, IBM, and Infosys. Her work has included leading large-scale transformation programmes, advancing equity, diversity and inclusion agendas, and building high-performing people organisations across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Americas.

A trained coach and mentor as well as a British Chevening Scholar, Madhok holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has received recognition for Change Management from Human Resources magazine and was a finalist for “Best Workplace Culture & Engagement” at the HRM Awards. She is also a frequent speaker at major international HR forums.
