Former senior HR leader Helen Snowball joins Thai Union Group as CHRO, strengthening people leadership at the global seafood major.
Thai Union Group has appointed Helen Snowball as its chief human resources officer, strengthening senior leadership at the global seafood and sustainability-focused company.
Snowball announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post, confirming that she has joined the Bangkok-headquartered Thai Union Group PCL, one of the world’s largest seafood producers, as part of its global leadership team.
In her new role, Snowball will work closely with chief executive Thiraphong Chansiri, the group leadership team and its global HR organisation, overseeing people strategy for a workforce of more than 40,000 employees worldwide.

Snowball said she was drawn to Thai Union’s ambition and values-driven approach, highlighting the company’s focus on long-term growth and transformation.
