Yeo Hiap Seng (Yeo’s) has appointed Ho Mun Loong, Adrian as its Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026, bringing in a consumer goods veteran with more than three decades of international leadership experience at Nestlé.

Adrian will succeed Ong Yuh Hwang, whose resignation takes effect on August 31, 2026.

Adrian joins Yeo's after a career spanning more than 30 years with Nestlé across Europe and Asia. During his tenure, he held leadership positions across strategy, operations, marketing, sales and general management, working in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Switzerland and the Greater China region.

Most recently, Adrian served as Vice President and Regional Manager for Zone Asia, Oceania and Africa, based in Vevey, Switzerland. In the role, he helped shape Nestlé's strategic direction for Greater China, overseeing category growth and profitability across the region.

Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Nescafé, Coffee and Beverages in Greater China, where he held full profit-and-loss responsibility for the business. Under his leadership, the business expanded fourfold during his tenure.

Adrian began his career with Nestlé in Singapore and Malaysia before taking on international assignments in Japan, Switzerland and Greater China, where he spent nearly 18 years building and leading regional operations.

His appointment comes as Yeo's looks to strengthen its leadership team and drive its next phase of growth under new executive leadership.

Earlier this year, Yeo's announced a restructuring of its manufacturing operations. The company retrenched 25 employees in Singapore as it consolidated its can manufacturing operations in Johor and Selangor, Malaysia, as part of a broader effort to streamline operations and improve efficiency across its regional manufacturing network.

While the Senoko facility remains the company's headquarters and continue to serve as a logistics, innovation and regional coordination hub, the restructuring reflects Yeo's strategic shift towards expanding production capacity in Malaysia, which now contributes around half of the group's revenue.

The company reported a net profit of S$21.1 million for the financial year ended December 2025, up from S$6.9 million a year earlier, despite continued pressure on revenue amid weaker consumer spending and intensifying competition.
