YY Group appoints former Changi Airport executive Ng Yansheng as Managing Director of Singapore

Singapore-based manpower and integrated facility management provider YY Group Holding has appointed Ng Yansheng as Managing Director of YY Circle (SG) Pte, its wholly owned Singapore subsidiary, as the company looks to expand its flexible workforce solutions and enterprise partnerships.

In his new role, Ng will oversee YY Circle Singapore's business operations, including marketplace management, service delivery and team development. He will also lead the company's efforts to scale its technology-enabled manpower platform in response to growing demand for flexible workforce models across service-driven industries.

Ng joins YY Group from Changi Airport Group, where he most recently served as Vice President of Transformation & Enterprise Development. During his tenure, he led enterprise development and digital transformation initiatives across the airport operator's travel, retail and digital businesses.

The company said his appointment comes at a time when organisations are increasingly seeking agile, technology-driven workforce solutions to address changing labour market needs.

Ng has more than a decade of experience in enterprise development and digital transformation. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University.
