Changi Airport Group named Singapore's most attractive employer for 2025

The company joins Singapore Airlines as one of the few local brands to win the award three times.
Changi Airport Group was recognized as the most attractive company to work for in Singapore for the third consecutive year, winning the 2025 award from multinational talent consulting firm Randstad.
The state-owned corporation, which manages Singapore’s main international airport, is joined by other national institutions, such as Marina Bay Sands, which placed second, and DBS Bank, in fourth place. Other winners include Procter and Gamble, Micron Semiconductor, ByteDance, and Resorts World Sentosa.
Changi Airport previously won the award in 2018 and 2016.
Singapore Airlines also clinched a spot in Randstad’s Employer Brand Hall of Fame for the second time from 2024 to 2025. The national carrier previously won the title of Singapore’s Most Attractive Employer for three consecutive years from 2019 to 2023 and will return to the ranking in 2026.
“We are delighted to recognise this year’s top employers in Singapore, who exemplify what it means to set a high standard for employer excellence and putting talent first,” said David Blaso, country director at Randstad Singapore. “Through their deep commitment to employee well-being, professional growth, and true inclusivity, they demonstrate what is possible when talent is empowered to thrive and make a meaningful impact.”
One of the world’s most awarded airports, Changi Airport Group oversees a broad spectrum of functions including airport operations and management, air hub development, commercial activities, and airport emergency services. It also announced the development of Terminal 5 earlier this year, which is expected to open up construction to operations jobs.
“As job seekers become increasingly aware, selective, and vocal about their workplace expectations, it is more crucial than ever for companies to strengthen the employee experience through aligning on expectations like flexibility, career growth, and equity. Competitive compensation alone is no longer sufficient, and organisations must now tailor their employer brand to not simply provide an acceptable employee experience, but resonate deeply with the talent they wish to attract and retain,” Blasco shared.
Out of the 15 industries up for voting, the hospitality and recreation sector was also ranked as the most attractive sector to work for in Singapore. It is followed by life sciences and the services (securities, facilities, and catering) industries.
The Randstad Singapore 2025 Employer Brand Awards is a part of the annual Randstad Employer Brand Research. Commissioned by Randstad and independently conducted by Kantar, the study involved 170,000 respondents around the world, including 2,522 respondents in Singapore, making it one of the most comprehensive employer branding research programs based on talent perceptions.
