Veteran people strategist DN Prasad takes on a market leadership role at WTW to lead its Work and Rewards business in Singapore.

Seasoned HR and transformation leader DN Prasad has joined Willis Towers Watson (WTW) as Senior Director and Head of the Work and Rewards business for Singapore, marking what he described as a “natural next step” in his career journey.

Announcing the move, Prasad said his focus over the years — spanning roles at Infosys, Google, GovTech, and through his coaching and advisory venture Noetic Step — has been at the intersection of human capital strategy and business growth. He has served as a Chief Human Resources Officer, organisational transformation leader, and executive coach, leading teams that built human capital strategies directly aligned with business scaling and performance.

At WTW, a global leader in people, risk, and insurance advisory, Prasad will lead the Singapore market for the firm’s Work and Rewards business, which helps organisations design and implement strategies for work architecture, talent, and compensation.

Reflecting on his new mandate, Prasad said this role enables him to bring his practitioner-level experience to a wider portfolio of clients. “This new P&L and market leader mandate is the logical next step, and one that allows me to apply this practitioner-level knowledge to advise a wider portfolio of clients,” he said in his announcement.

He added that his background in large-scale organisational transformation and scaling high-performance organisations has given him deep insights into the challenges modern businesses face. “I’ve seen firsthand how a well-designed work and rewards strategy can drive business outcomes — from achieving significant cost savings and boosting employee engagement to enabling the growth of a site,” Prasad said.

With experience in digital transformation initiatives, leadership frameworks, and board-level advisory, Prasad brings what he described as “a unique perspective on the intricate link between work design, rewards, and business strategy.” He noted that he looks forward to collaborating with the WTW team to partner with clients in solving complex workforce and rewards challenges.

Borrowing a phrase from Google co-founder Larry Page, Prasad said he was “uncomfortably excited” about the new chapter.

Prasad’s appointment underscores WTW’s continued investment in leadership talent across Asia as organisations in the region navigate rapid change in how work is designed, rewarded, and sustained for long-term performance.
