High Five expanded into Vietnam to boost AI driven hiring, enabling faster, cost efficient and compliant cross border recruitment solutions.

High Five has expanded into Vietnam by launching a fully compliant Employer of Record service, alongside a suite of autonomous AI recruitment agents designed to manage hiring end to end, as reported by Techseries.


The expansion comes as companies across Southeast Asia face increasing pressure to access skilled tech talent while managing high recruitment costs and cross border hiring complexities. Traditional recruitment agencies continue to charge between 15 percent and 25 percent of annual salaries, prompting businesses to seek more scalable and cost effective hiring solutions.


With its EOR model and AI driven platform, High Five enables global companies to hire talent in Vietnam without setting up a legal entity, while also managing compliance, payroll and benefits. The introduction of autonomous agents across sourcing, screening, interviewing, matching and coordination is expected to streamline hiring workflows and reduce time to hire significantly.


In Vietnam, more than 66 percent of companies increased IT hiring in 2025, with nearly 70 percent planning further expansion in 2026. The country’s economy is also projected to grow between 5.5 percent and 6.5 percent through 2026, sustaining demand for software engineers, data professionals and product managers.
