YY Group acquires 95% stake in Singapore distributor Xtreme Solutions for S$4.5m

YY Group also plans to use Xtreme Solutions’ operations as a potential deployment base for its YY Circle manpower outsourcing services, creating additional demand for workforce solutions.
YY Group Holding has completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in Singapore-incorporated distributor Xtreme Solutions Pte. Ltd. for S$4.5 million (US$3.5 million), as the workforce management and integrated facility management company expands its business through acquisitions.
The consideration comprises S$900,000 in cash and S$3.6 million worth of YY Group Class A ordinary shares, which will be subject to a 12-month lock-up period.
Xtreme Solutions generated about S$6 million in revenue and S$600,000 in net profit for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, based on unaudited and unreviewed financial statements prepared under Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
YY Group expects the acquisition to contribute to revenue and net profit from the first full quarter following completion.
The company plans to use its digital marketing and technology capabilities to expand Xtreme Solutions’ online presence, including its e-commerce platform, web development, digital marketing and performance analytics. The distributor currently relies largely on traditional sales channels and word-of-mouth referrals.
YY Group also plans to use Xtreme Solutions’ operations as a potential deployment base for its YY Circle manpower outsourcing services, creating additional demand for workforce solutions.
The company intends to expand the distributor into overseas markets where YY Group already operates and promote its products through the YY Circle platform, which it says has more than 500,000 members.
“Our approach to acquisition is straightforward: look for profitable, well-run businesses where we can add value without diverting attention from our core platform,” said Mike Fu, CEO of YY Group.
Xtreme Solutions’ existing management team will continue running the business under a service agreement, while the company will retain its current brand and store presence.
YY Group has also recently appointed Ng Yansheng as Managing Director of YY Circle (SG) Pte, its wholly owned Singapore subsidiary, as it looks to expand its flexible workforce solutions and enterprise partnerships.
